The Ayushman Bharat Yojana is called PMJAY Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. The Ayushman Bharat Yojana is the older name of the scheme, where as the new name of the scheme is PMJAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana). PMJAY is the one of the largest health insurance scheme.
The Ayushman Bharat Yojana, also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana is a healthcare scheme launched by Government of India. It aims to provide health coverage to the economically challenged sections of the society. Launched in september 2018, it is the world’s largest government funded health care program.
